Just add any blogger widget you want to add in your blogger layout.Keep the title blank and place widget content and try to save it, the widget will show an error and will ask you to give title, means you are forced to give title to widget.
Dont worry just add title to it related to content. Now if you dont want to show that title follow the tutorial.

Suppose i have added the title Our Partners to it.But i dont want to show that title in blog.

Now just go to Blogger Design > Edit Html > Press Ctrl+F
and search for title like i will search for - Our Partners.

Then you will get title in one widget line like below.

<b:widget id='HTML3' locked='false' title='Our Partners' type='HTML'/>

Now what you have to do is to get id of widget that is written in red in above code.
In above example it is HTML3.

Now after getting the widget id, find for ]]></b:skin> tag in your template and place the below code before it and your widget title will get hide for you.

#HTML3 h2 {display:none;}

Just be sure to change the HTML3 with your widget id which you find for your widget.

Joe Ogilvie Early Leader

Early leader Joe Ogilvie, who shot a 66 this morning, just concluded his session with the media. Asked about his putting he used a phrase I'd never heard before in golf. At Hartford, he said, "I had two de-greeners." It wasn't hard to figure out what he meant but he explained it "for the folks at home" as being putts that leave green after being hit.

To shoot 66, Ogilvie didn't "de-fairway" many drives. He hit 10 of 14.

He spoke glowingly of the course as one that just feels and looks like it can handle "a big event."

Asked about pace of play and whether players should be calling each other on taking too much time to hit a shot, Ogilvie smiled. That might make for a "good HBO show," he said and bring a little "color" to the game but he sounded like he'd rather leave the pace of play rulings to officials.

"You'd be kicked out of Aronimink if you played in 4 hours and 15 minutes, for a foursome," he said. A threesome ought to be able to get around in that amount of time.

Here, here. My advice for bad golfers has always been: Play bad, but play bad fast.

Also tied for the lead at -4 is Arjun Atwal.

Scandal at the AT&Tiger?

It has been suggested to me the Pro-Am selection lottery may have been FIXED.

What was supposed to have been a random computer draw that allowed the first group picked to choose their pro is suspected of being pre-arranged.

According a club official who will remain nameless, "Let's just say there might have been something more involved than a blind draw."

In other words, big moolah.

A team from Texas (reported to be affilitated with AT&T) wound up getting the first pick in the draft and selected one ELDRICK TIGER WOODS as their pro.

I broke the news/rumor/scandal to Pro-Amster Steve Finley minutes ago, who was anything but outraged.

"Yeah, I figured that," he said. "We didn't want to play with Tiger anyway."

Finley and company were very happy with their guy Pat Perez. And they beat the pants off Team Tiger anyway.

UPDATE: One of Tiger's playing partners yesterday was Chief Master Sergeant George Vasiloff, of Enola, Pa., with the 201st Red Horse Squadron, who just returned home from Afghanistan a few weeks ago. Tiger reportedly picked Vasiloff to join him, not the other way around. More about Tiger's Pro-Am team can be found here.

Finley, Abate Pro-Amsters Rule

Delco Caterers Steve and Tom Finley, along with their friend Dom Abate teamed up with PGA Tour Professional Pat Perez to compete in the AT&Tiger National Pro-Am yesterday.

When I caught up with them at the turn (they played the back nine first) they were 8 under. I walked inside the ropes with them the rest of the way.

One shot back on the last hole, the par 5 9th, Steve a 9 handicapper from Llanerch CC., cracked one over 300 yards straight down the middle, that's how hard and fast the fairways are running out here, not that Steve didn't nut it. Both he and Dom, who was about 20 yards behind him, where just off the green with their second shots and both got up and down for natural birides, net eagles.

They finished 14 under and were the leaders in the clubhouse for the afternoon event when I left.

Was it worth the $8,500 a piece it cost them to participate? I'll find out later today. But I'm betting 'Yeah, it was. Every penny of it."

Check 'em out. You decide.

Here's their pro, Perez teeing off on the par 3, 8th, 238 yards into a stiff breeze WITH AN IRON! Don't worry. He was short.

UPDATE: I have just learned that Team Finley/Abate won their event. Steve reports they each got a big hunk of crystal and bragging rights for Llanerch CC over all those Aronimink swells.

I asked him if it the experience was worth the 8,500 beans.

"It was," said Steve. "It (the money) goes to a good cause for the kids. It was fun out there. It's a thing you remember of a lifetime."

Our Vaguely Criminal Congress

Dan Henninger on the crap shoot that Congress routinely makes of legislation.

The "Honest Services" fraud law was recently and UNANIMIOUSLY overturned by the Supreme Court for being too vague, meaning it was virtually impossible to comply with because reasonable people couldn't understand how to obey it. This is hardly the only legislation passed in the last 20 years that has been vague to the point of unconstitutional.
In too many areas where the daily life of commerce intersects with public policy, people feel they are flying blind, uncertain of what a law or regulation requires, uncertain of how the bureaucracies empowered to enforce this morass will interpret them.

One sensed it was heading this way when landowners were prosecuted under the Endangered Species Act for violating the "habitat" of odd creatures found on their property.

This derangement of the laws' meaning is among the reasons the public is so out of sorts about politics and Congress. They think compliance with the rules is turning into a crap shoot. They are right. Here is Justice Scalia on what happened to the law's meaning in the Skilling case: "The duty probably did not have to be rooted in state law, but maybe it did. It might have been more demanding in the case of public officials, but perhaps not." Truly, we are in Wonder Land.
