Mike Chitwood needs to find a new pejorative to discribe members of Upper Darby's criminal class. "Scumbags" is getting a bit tired. One definition of scumbag is "a used condom," which may be why the term grates on some adults' ears.
"Lowlife" or "Skel" even "Dirtbag" would suffice and without the disgusting sexual imagery.
