Unique spring 2011

Above you can see my favorite pieces of the Unique by Topshop new collection that has been launched online today.
They have done a very good job.It's all about tie dye fabrics:red,acid yelllows and a lot of shades of light pinks with a splash of white as if it was water. Next to these colours we find some white pieces printed or decorated with feathers. The red jumpsuit and the yellow dress are my favorites.
Unique interprets sensuality with see through,wavy fabrics.
This collection is beautiful even if the most interesting pieces can be hardly worn in the city. The yellow dress has very deep slashes while jumpsuits are very transparent.
Prices are between £65 and £300.

Oggi voglio mostrarvi alcuni pezzi della collezione di Unique per Topshop che fa oggi il suo ingresso nel negozio online.
E' una collezione tutta giocata su stoffe all'apparenza candeggiate e scolorite.I colori sono il rosso, il giallo acido e molte sfumature del rosa con schizzi di bianco. I miei preferiti sono il vestito giallo e la tuta rossa. Vicino a questi colori ci sono anche dei capi in bianco decorati o stampati con piume.
Unique disegna capi sensuali fatti di trasparenze e stoffe fluttuanti.
E' una collezione molto bella anche se i capi più interessanti saranno difficili da indossare in città perchè molto trasparenti e con spacchi vertiginosi. I prezzi sono compresi tra £65 e £300.
Anche le scarpe sono molto belle.Tacchi e plateau altissimi in plastica trasparente ingentiliti da dettagli di pelle intrecciata.Se volete guardarle più da vicino cliccate qui e qui.

Talented new designers whom presented brilliant collection for Spring 2011 David Koma and Mary Katrantzou worked for Topshop creating 2 capsule collections.
The pieces they put together are great but can't compete with the fabulous ones presented in their runways. Maybe i'm asking too much but i wished we could own something vaguely related to their collections if not in the visionary prints (speaking of Katrantzou) at least in the lines.


I talentuosi designer Mary Katrantzou e David Koma hanno lavorato con Topshop per presentare nei prossimi giorni due mini collezioni sicuramente costituite da bei vestiti ma che non reggono il confronto con i pezzi fantastici già presentati da loro sulla passerella.
Forse pretendo troppo ma avrei voluto poter ritrovare lo stile delle loro sfilate che tanto mi hanno colpito anche in queste capsule collection di topshop se non nelle stampe visinarie (parlo della Katrantzou) almeno nelle linee.
