Today, while I was wearing my Valentino inspired pumps, I wondered how many shoes I DIY -ed since I opened this page and above you can see the answer, they look like an entire collection, don't they? I still love each of them and have fun wearing them!

Oggi, mentre indossavo le mie scarpe borchiate ispirate a Valentino tentavo di riepilogare mentalmente tutte le scarpe ho personalizzato da quando ho aperto questa pagina. Quante sono? La risposta è sotto i vostri occhi, non sembrano un'intera collezione? Riguardandole devo dire che le indosso ancora tutte con piacere.

During these last few days I also added a pair of shoes to my collection, a pair of python boots I found on sale at Zara. I mentally quickly reviewed my rules for sales shopping and since python can't be called basic (rule n°3) and definitely I needed them (see how flexible is rule n°1?) I decided to get them!
These Zara boots were in my winter shoepping list and now they sit proudly in my wardrobe along with the diy- ed miu miu glittered pumps.

Negli ultimi giorni sono riuscita ad aggiungere un altro paio di scarpe alla mia collezione: un paio di stivaletti con stampa pitone di Zara. Visto che il pitone non rientra nei capi basic (regola n°3) e avendo un disperato bisogno di animalier nel mio guardaroba (visto com'è flessibile la regola n°1?) gli stivaletti hanno brillantemente superato i requisiti richiesti dalle mie regole per i saldi  e quindi ora fanno bella mostra di sè nel mio armadio.

Feathers are not suitable for daily wear but they can make special a pair of shoes for a evening (maybe new year's eve?), so what if they were detachable? In this fashion diy you'll see how to create a detachable feather clip decoration that can be added on top of your shoes. Since it is detachable it can decorate wedding shoes, an headband, it can be used as a brooch, as a ring, you can pin it wherever you like! You can give a new look to your shoes in minutes! Le scarpe disegnate da Alexander Wang, sono di quelle che dividono le donne in due gruppi: quelle che le amano e quelle che le odiano. Se pensavate che fosse un trend da archiviare vi informo che le scarpe "pelose" sono comparse nelle ultime sfilate di Milano nella collezione di Antonio Marras. Tutte concordiamo siano molto sceniche e magari poco adatte ad essere indossate tutti i giorni, magari solo per una serata speciale (magari proprio Capodanno?). E se fossero rimuovibili?
