This is an absolutely beautiful NYC real wedding at The Plaza featuring a luxury wedding invitation designed by Lela New York. I am loving the gold, ivory and white color scheme seen in the invitations and throughout the wedding details. L: So Alana, how did Stephen pop the question?
A: Christmas Morning at his parents home in Westchester.

L: After all the stressful planning, what would you say was your favorite part of your wedding day?
A: We were going to have pictures before the church. So the photographers planned a special moment where he would see me for the first time. We had a moment just us.


L: Are there any other special moments you would like to share?
A: My husband and I took dance lessons for seven months before the wedding. So besides performing our first dance I changed half way through the reception and we performed a Tango for our guests. They were so surprised they did not even know it was me at first.
Another special moment was at the end when the band played the song New York, New York and my guests got in a circle and started doing an impromptu kick line with us in the middle. It was the perfect ending to a New York Fairy Tale Wedding.


L: Looking back upon all the months of planning and your wedding day, do you have any advice for future brides?
A: As much planning and prepping you do before hand you have to let everything go the day of. It will all work out. You need to spend your wedding day in the moment because it goes by so fast.

Masquerade Luxury Invitations for a Fab at 40 Birthday Event

I love sharing our luxury invitations with you! Today I am featuring a Masquerade Invitation and scroll invitation that was designed around a FAB at 40 birthday extravaganza. It was amazing! Lela New York custom designed the invitations to be unique and one-of-a kind by creating custom masks and invitation scrolls to match the reds, blacks and gold colors of the events decor. It was finished with a gold box that was delivered to the client's guests. Truly luxurious!

My New York Luxury Wedding Invitations | Yay! picts to share from my Long Beach, New York Beach Wedding

Hi Everyone! So I've been wanting to share these wedding pictures of my luxury wedding invitations for so long now! And I finally got the picts to share with all of you.

My custom invitations, designed of course by Lela New York, were designed in a story book style to share with our guests the story of how we met and how we fell in love and said I do at the beach. Our boxed invitations have a beautiful linen fabric cover and gold embroidery on the front. The first page was printed in a gorgeous gold foil on a pale blush paper and the inside pages were printed to tell our love story and contained our engagement pictures. I love the cute map of Long Beach that I made for the end papers of the invitation book. The RSVP sets were also printed in a blush pink paper and gold printed to make them shine!

I was so excited to get the cute RSVP responses from my guests as they replied by saying how much they loved them!

I hope you love them as much as I do!

Gold Luxury Wedding Invitations by New York Wedding Invitation designer Lela New York

I wanted to share one of the recent gold silk wedding invitations we, at  Lela New York, have created.

These luxury wedding invitations are actual wedding invitation books that are covered in a luxurious gold silk with a pretty satin ribbon detail. The invitation itself was printed with gold ink on a pretty opalescent shimmer paper. The graphic decorative border was inspired by the bride's elegant and traditional wedding venue. The invitations were elegantly packaged and shipped to their wedding guests in a pretty white mailer box. The result was a beautiful and elegant introduction to the couples big day!

Luxury wedding invitation Inspiration by Lela New York

Here is Lela New York's Wedding Invitation Inspiration shot by the amazing, Oh, Darling! Photography.
These wedding invitations include a natural linen envelope that were screen printed in a robin egg blue and pretty celadon green. The couture wedding invitations included the same leaf graphics that was inspired by the floral design of Poppies and Posies. The RSVP postcard had a vintage inspired look and carried the pretty blue and green theme. Wedding Table cards, escort cards, along with menus were custom designed to coordinate.

Recently Lela New York designed some amazing 40th Birthday Party invitations for one of our most fabulous clients. It was a Fab at 40 theme! And WOW do the invitations reflect that.

I wanted to share some picts of this amazing invite with you guys. These luxury invitations were designed using a deep red silk and a beautiful custom Monogram. Lela New York hand drew the fun floral details inside the beautiful book invitations.

Just wanted to share these recent gold fabric envelope wedding invitations by Lela New York.

The actual invitations were printed in glass. These luxury wedding invitations are decorated with crystal appliques and were finished with the couples custom envelopes and wax seal.

The wedding was help at the Metropolitan Club in NYC.
