This is my first link to the comments section of a letter to the editor. I was going to say something about Dr. Tsou's wingnuttery but I see I have beaten to the punch.
I will offer this: Dr. Tsou says that new EPA regulations would be a "boom" to the economy. Inadvertantly, he has that right.
