Delco DA secretary sentenced for perjury conviction.

NORRISTOWN – Emotions exploded in court as a secretary in the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office was sentenced to jail for lying to a state grand jury about leaking confidential information to obstruct a robbery investigation involving her grandson.



"That's some bull----, how they gonna lock my mother up?," the son of Vera Ellen Carroll shouted in a Montgomery County courtroom Tuesday upon learning his mother was sentenced to two-to-23 months in jail. "Racists, you're all (expletive) racist crackers. Racism."

That's got to be like excellent grounds for an appeal, right?
